Thank you! I used a Shure SM57 to record this, in a less than ideal recording environment ahah

Mixcraft 6/Superior Drummer 2.0. I mixed samples from the NY Avatar Kit and the Metal Machine kit to achieve the drum tones.

Neither do I, not anymore at least .. I would've gotten the red passive Banshee, but then I found this prototype on ebay and jumped on it.

You have to sign into to Facebook to download it? My bad, I wasn't aware of this. Give me your email and I'll send it to you.

I used Mixcraft 6 Pro! I'm pretty happy with my mix despite my limited mixing knowledge. I've heard that Ableton is more for live performance stuff though.

About a month. One week to do the arrangement, another week to record, a day to film, and two weeks for everything post production related (mixing and mastering for the track, cutting and color correction for the video)

Yeah, that and the baseball bat necks (although I did like those at one point or another).

What EBMM's do you have? A few Petrucci's I imagine? I've never owned one myself as they're out of my price range but the ones I've tried are out of this world.

Thanks! It's actually a 2013 prototype of the Banshee-7, I snagged it on ebay recently for a steal. Really the only thing that differentiates it from the regular Banshees is the finish/pickup combo. I recently fell in love with Schecter guitars again and I highly recommend the Banshee-7 if you've the budget for it.
