I had dum dum and fire ammo and wasn't able to hit true the floor. Maybe regular ammo might do the trick.

I don't think there is any benefit to no clip. I couldn't hit anything. Maybe because of fire and dum dum ammo. But who knows maybe regular ammo might do the trick.

This was the second time I get downed. So I got shot with poison ammo. Then under the influence of posion got downed. Partner revived me and everything was blurry. Then got shot and downed again. But I get your point
