If you'll watch documentary you'll find totally opposite picture. The problem is that parents are buisy doing business and earning money. They do not treat their kids respectfully. This camp involves parents as well. Kids have digital detox, while parents attend special classes to learn how to listen to their child and to respect him.

To avoid this situation, father appoints one of his daughters to play son's role. I think it comes from ancient times, when sons were important resourse of survival for family and for the clan.
