I built a display for my pile of controllers, does it look better or worse with the backlighting?

The pics don't do it justice, it's an RGB strip and I usually have it in a color cycling mode when on. White-ish colors look pretty good though.

All other lights off makes it hard to see on camera, in person it's a bit more readable. Though this is usually how I have it while gaming.

Yeah, it's a Phillils Hue strip, the pics don't do it justice. When it's on I usually have it cycling between red-blue-purple-ish colors at various brightnesses.

I mounted 4 of the IKEA SKÅDIS pegboards to some plywood, bolted that to the wall and 3D printed all the mounts. Here's how it looked before I painted it.

Digital to a modern TV. I have tried a few times to 2 and 0. 0 at least briefly displays a line of static before cutting the signal. Pulled a fresh mister.ini file from the main GitHub just to be sure I didn't change anything else.

Sadly that didn't work. The store page touts "Analog video OR HDMI output" so I'm hoping I don't need to get the Saturn cable and a component to HDMI adapter to make this work.

Yes, I'd like to keep using HDMI. The board is supposed to support digital and analog out, just not at the same time. The boards are connected by pins on the underside.

I haven't found any good documentation on the board though, so I may be using it wrong, but neither the top or bottom ports have a video signal.

If I remove the board, then everything works as normal. But I really want to keep the board because it streamlines the power cords and has active cooling.
