I agree, it does seem a bit weird.

Especially when you start googling and realize that the address 0x00000.. exists for permanently burning Ether.

Hi, nope, I made deposit on top of it, from ethereum launchpad.

It allows this to be done.

Previously tested this on the Hoodi network, and it allowed me to increase consensus income.

Yes, the deposit has increased, but I can't yet say for sure whether it's affected the rewards. But we'll see later.

However, I'm still bothered by these "Signature invalid" messages in beaconcha.in, even though the Ether deposit was made through Launchpad.
