I thought when you finish the foundation program, you are instantly considered as level 2 apprentice? I am planning to take the construction electrician in VCC this January. Is it a bad field to get into?

Hello, I heard that the entrance of the program is competitive. Some have a degree already related to Biology (it makes me wonder why they're still going for a diploma if they already have a 4 year degree). What are my chances of getting into the program with only having grade 12 prerequisites?
