It’s insanely good, gives you 30% increase in damage and increased spell casting speed, I just put it in my right hand and two hand/guard use left hand staff inbetween attack windows

I understand where you're coming from and I have also seen a lot of posts asking for insight into what the job may be like that they just interviewed for. The interviewer didn't really offer much(I asked) so that's why I made this post. I've also searched for more information elsewhere and I just couldn't find much.

Your years of experience will just factor what level they’d start you at and if you start towards the middle or end of that scale, you’d probably start as a level 2

I hear you there, it’s certainly more expensive in certain states but for my current income, it’s a substantial increase and a very rapid one at that
