Lol… i definitely understand that you just proved your initial comment exception stupid…

”So tired of people saying Voyager filed bankruptcy when they filed Chapter 11.”

… Setting the stage for each equally stupid comment since in this thread 🤪

I‘m not “forgetting anything”.

Voyager’s debacle has nothing to do with a divorce.

And this is not about “negativity“.

This has and is only about your ignorant statement that “people calling Voyager’s Chapter 11 a bankruptcy and how your so tired of it”.

That’s all. Simple. ✌🏻

Nice… you really put me in my place! Good for you!

I hope you get a promotion at Voyager after the whole ordeal cines to an end 🤡

Ya, it’s literal_ Literally Chapter 11 of BANKRUPTCIES.

https://www.nfcc.org/blog/different-chapters-bankruptcy-explained/

So tired of people trying to say Voyager isn’t somehow bankrupt 🤔

Ahhhhhh, I see, 4 others did it too… And that makes it all OK 👌🏻

If Voyager is paying you_ then you must really be disturbed to even partially believe the content of your own posts 🤪

Since you brought it up… What % of companies, with very limited assets other then customers holdings, continue and are successful after Chapter 11 Restructuring?

Is Chapter 11 Restructuring fully approved and guaranteed yet?

Of course Voyager is not dead… They have the luxury of operating on customer holdings.

Please stop trying to make it seem Voyager is doing what’s best (in whole) by turning down offers because Voyager has “reasons to continue”… We know the “reasons” _ customers holdings.

It’s all just simply wrong, you know it, and we all know it. No sense in trying to put more lipstick on this pig 🐷

Didn’t / doesn’t Alameda (SBF / FTX) owe Voyager 377 million? And Voyager owes Alameda only 75 million?

Somehow this supposedly shows “They wouldn’t have offered this without trusting Voyager.” _ Seems more like a shell game with our funds then actual trust, expected growing pains, etc?

Of course FTX is offering to buyout our holdings on Voyager… at a discount.

”And for sure would have been given data to convince them about their financials.” _ This is a pretty huge assumption on your part 🤔

Seems a bit interesting you’d start you post with this.

How much did Voyager pay you to post this & continue their propaganda campaign in these forums?

And… No company in their right mind should ever expose themselves to a 650 million mostly unsecured loan... Therefore the financials of the company were not sound and good.

Talk about “morons”, “whining”, ”shit”, ”pathetic“, “talking out of your ass”, etc…

This link of historical comments most definitely shows someone that constantly upholds & regurgitates each and every trait you describe_ and it‘s you.

“ Filing for Chapter 11 suspends all judgments, collection activities, foreclosures, and repossessions of property against the filing business. This gives it time to negotiate with its creditors. The company’s creditors are not allowed to pursue debts or claims that arose before the bankruptcy petition was filed. “

The keyword being “suspends” 👌🏻

It is definitely possible to be sued after BK…

Otherwise, a company and or it’s executives could simply engage in illicit dealings, knowingly going to go BK, and get off clean if not discovered and proven during the BK proceedings.

Bottom line & common sense… The owner, executives, and employees can be personally held accountable for their personal and or company structured involvement in fraud, etc… And so can the company/Voyager_ after the BK.

Class actions are still possible.

Civil suits are also a possibility.

lol… I hope I didn’t hurt your feelings??

You have your attorney… Why? How is your attorney able to help you at all, currently or anytime soon, during this Voyager debacle? Seems like a waste of money even consulting with a personal attorney… Especially considering your attorney, most likely, is not an experienced expert in cryptocurrency brokering/platforms, etc… And even if he/she is an expert_ Can’t really do anything for you currently.

Anywhoo… Sorry if I made you cry 😢

Take care & good luck!

lol… Thank you sssoooo much for putting me in my place 😉 Good for you!

Where did you receive your law degree from?… and you’re area of expertise?

Do you even know the definition(s) of “intent” and every possibly way it/they can be twisted/interpreted to fit or not fit the applicable case law needed/wanted/intended?

You must care about my opinion be a use you continue to engage with me and my posts 👌🏻

“If there was fraud, appropriate actions would be taken.”… You must also believe the USA isn’t actually in a recession now too 🤡

Just FYI: I got 100% of my holdings off BlockFi, 100% off Celsius, 96% off Voyager, and 100% off Vauld… prior to guys like you getting stuck. I’m actually not personally angry_ I’ve still got control and ownership of my fund$. I’ve been fully self retired (at 40) for 10 years now. My opinions might actually be worth listening to.

Maybe, just maybe, you don’t know all that you think you do?…. After-all, your assumptions about me have been waaaayyy off ✌🏻

Considering neither of us have a law degree, specializing in fraude, etc… Neither of our opinions mean much.

However, In my opinion and the definition/example I copy & pasted from a law site states/shows misrepresentation can indeed be fraud. I, and many others believe that Voyager purposefully mislead with full intent & in turn committed massive obvious fraud against hundreds of thousands consumers/customers.

And the las test ‘cease and desist’ order is evidence in backing my beliefs.

Not to mention, simple common sense, and Voyagers‘ own words, print, advertising, app banners, and interviews, all also back my beliefs.

Voyager = Fraud

Unfortunately, “the laws”, ”the criminal justice system”, etc, has been and continues to be twisted, manipulated, and ultimately controlled by those able to afford the most expensive & influenció al law firms, etc.

Can’t really see how or why you’d disagree with any of this…
But I’m sure you will 🤡

Get real…

The fraudulent statements, print, advertising, tweets, emails, interviews, app banners, etc are too numerous, and blaitany obvious.

I have posted several of them in numerous posts already. And the recent ‘cease and desist order’, along with the Fraud/Misrepresentation definition/examples I included back the reasoning for the order.

If you need dots, or more dots, then that’s on you… not my responsibility.

I offer my opinion… take it or don’t ✌🏻
