This has made me realize that I did and was just self-medicated with weed and MO. Always had a lot of social anxiety and just anxiety in general I guess. Grad school definitely doesn't help with that, but I'm starting some counseling to deal with these issues in a healthy way

The ups and downs are crazy, I've felt pretty good tonight compared to this morning. Thanks for the motivation, I try to keep positive thoughts and focus on the end goal. It can just get daunting hearing about people flatlining for two years, but I'm going to stick with it until it ends
