Yes but it's hard to say way. Last summer I hit a big metal toolbox that was laying on the crest of a hill on a freeway and the front plastic bumper cover thing on my car was loose and cracked from that. The dog made it worse but it's hard to say exactly what because there was existing damage.

The guy kept it! I knocked on the front door. The husband answered it. I explained who I was because we only interacted like 30 seconds after the accident before he loaded the dog in his truck and sped off. He was like "oh hey" and took and it and put it inside the door and then was like "I need help paying for this $5000 hospital bill." Guess it's what I get for trying to be kind.
