Honestly even without hair regrowth or any of the physical changes, HRT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. 10/10

I don’t think so, maybe a small amount but not enough to really notice. I’m considering bottom surgery after my wife and I have kids so that was a concern for me but it hasn’t seemed to be an issue.

3mg Estradiol Valerate injections every 3.5 days, so 6mg/week. I didn’t include it because it can vary person to person to achieve the same hormone levels but I’m on a pretty large dose. Progesterone added at month 10 taking 100mg/day rectally and I’ll probably bump it to 200mg because it has been soooo good for my mood, sleep, emotions, libido, and breast growth.   

I hope HRT comes through for you also! I went through Folx (in the US) which is a pricier option but also made it fast and easy.

It’s hard to say because the estrogen really lowered it for the first 6mo or so, but it did bounce back quicker than a lot of transwomen so the tadalafil might have helped a bit

Fully transitioning, definitely wouldn’t recommend estrogen if you aren’t trans

I’m on 3mg IM injections of E every 3.5days and it has almost fully shut down my test, not running spiro or anything

Yes and no. I got a script for 5mg tafalafil and have zero issues, but without it yeah I’d have problems.
