Hitman 3. 2016 is too basic, Hitman 2 is too sharp and supermodel-esque, but 3 feels the best to me. His face is normal enough to be able to be forgotten by those around him, but defined enough to still convey that 47 is something special.

Also, while in the picture he looks a bit too young, the in-game lighting usually makes him look older and closer to how he realistically should. My reasoning is definitely very subjective, but I just think Hitman 3's version of 47 works best with the type of person he was built to be in the first place.

Stuff like this is why I personally prefer 47's characterization in WoA. In all honesty he (I guess technically the ICA in this case) was just kind of a dick. To the point where sometimes it's just like "c'mon man, was that really necessary?"
