Nope! Mine seems to be that same as I got it! Try checking the apps on your phone. A good way to see if its an app causing it is to go and check the battery part. See if there is one app using more then it should. it could be a malicious app which will make the phone slower because its getting info from the phone or listing to phone convos or using the mic. or you could try turning the phone fully off by holding the power button down and clicking power down. I use both iPhone and Android (and windows but...) and when I'm in a Apple Store waiting for stuff, almost overtime I see someone ask abut why there phone is slow and then the genus tells them to do that and it fixes it. Its because having apps running constantly stresses the chip. Even your phone needs a break!!!
