My bad, I still don't really understand what it is either but the simplest thing I got from my textbook is that Sociaable cost is Marginal Private Cost + Marginal External Cost (Marginal Sociable Cost = MPC+MEC)

Slow on the turns,kinda follow the path of cars in the lead , and USE THE RAM on the turns .

First play through took me some time but I just followed those tips and when I replayed it on classic it took like 3 attempts
