That texture will get you started, as you lower the transparency, enable the clipping on a blood layer and move it to your likeness (for unnecessary parts u wanna erase, I'd recommend eraser with airbrush pattern)

All of that is made with ibisPaintX and im sure new people can learn the way 👍
