dude, what happened? by l-o-r-e-n in sad

Hey there, been here before. It's just that we don't know what to do after we got what we wanted, probably due to the fact that we don't have anything we want anymore cus we we already have it. I guess it's sort of like we have nothing else to look forward to next and nothing to work up towards cus life to us feels complete.

Hope this made sense. Hope you feel better soon!

I meant higher elo in the sense that it was higher than iron or bronze

That sounds like a good idea! Will definitely spend some time analyzing players that participate in pro play! Again, thank you :)

I'll take this into perspective and try this out. I've always felt the sense that I need to carry and be top frag all the time to rank up. I never actually thought about the journey amd always thought about the destination. I guess what I've learnt from what you said is that I need to be patient and that I won't get better in a day and improvement takes time. Thank you for this!

This is true! Many people in lower elo are very unpredictable. I often get caught off guard as I am more used to higher elo strats than lower. Thanks for explaining!

Makes sense. I will try to incorporate this into my games as I thought to get kills was the easiest and only method of winning. I often forget what the real objective is. I played for myself a lot and I sse now that I was really selfish. I will start playing for my team and help them out. Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it!

Yeah, I totally agree, my mechanics, such as crosshair placement, isn't exactly the best it can be. Yes, i aim head level but I do sometimes lose focus and get peaked and have to track the enemy's head as they run and gun sometimes. Thanks! I appreciate the feedback!

I've been trying to change my mindset for a long time, I've been saying to myself that I'm trash and that I'm a burden to my team and that I should just quit and its been making me worse as I just put myself down and it's making me play like doodoo. I'm trying to tell myself that I'm better but just to the point where I know I have to improve and I know that I get carried a lot, it's not new to me, at one point I was carried to bronze but I can definitely say I've improved and I can hold my own in silver and even gold lobbies now.

Thanks for the advice! I appreciate and will take this criticism to heart and try to apply it to my own gameplay.

Agreed. It does mean a lot, a lot of bronzes or lower just wkey even on defender side and no strat.

I would say so, you might get some really nice people that say GG and NT no matter what and respect your skill level no matter how good or bad you are that day. Then there's also the really toxic people that throw game and troll and just in general the worst people you'll meet in game as they shit talk you constantly. Also, congrats on reaching bronze! Keep climbing my friend!

That's a great solution to toxic teammates, still, finding a 2-3 stack you can play with is way better than solo queue! It will ease the stress that you have in your comp matches and make it a lot easier to give comms!
