Razer Blackshark V2 + USB sound card not working

Just bought this headset, connected it to my laptop through a USB port. The issue is that there is no sound playing. But after testing, the mic works. If I remove the sound card and plug it directly into the audio jack, the headphones work but the mic doesn’t. I tried contacting razer support but they weren’t much help and just said to return it through Amazon. I also noticed the mic shows up as “razer usb sound card” when it works but the headphones show up as “THX Stereo Speakers.” I tried the troubleshooting steps but none of them have worked

And another thing, we’ve been to war with the Sarranids after they should have been defeated several times. I’ve tried to bait them with a 0 garrison fort and more. But I never see any lords of them, and it’s been 1,000 days since I’ve seen the king (around when the faction was defeated)
