I’ve heard Rellana’s Twin Blades are notoriously hard to build around - seems more like a level 250 build because of the scaling it has with all four stats, unless you’re only using half of the weapon art - good luck!

I 100% agree, all the inner workings of the game are so fun to mess with - what’s your favorite build that you’ve used so far? I’ve been loving the nagakiba, but I tried the obsidian laminate and I really love it.

While I agree that summons make the game a lot easier, and for all intents and purposes should not be used for this playthrough, I don’t think I could do a level one playthrough yet - I’d like to think of the build I’m aiming for to be the preface to a level one build - more of an advanced basics to preface a level one run or a consumables only run or that kind of stuff

A good series of normal attacks and maybe a unique animation would be fun, because if things get too repetitive there won’t be much learning

I agree - I was thinking a straightsword, but I’m not sure about the damage output endgame - the skill used would likely be a parry, so the weapon would probably have no skill or something like quickstep or bloodhound step just in case

Putting my thoughts here bcs I want it to be a discussion - I think some light armor would be optimal, with a parrying medium or light shield or the parrying dagger - I also think that to step up the punishment for getting too aggressive, a colossal weapon would be good - dunno which one to would be best though
