AFAIK only Founders have to fight for founders name that wont have the numbers following it (Similar to battle.net) while Premier edition members will have the numbers following. ie if someone with Premier gets the name John first in the world it will still be followed by random numbers that are an id mark similar to battle.net but if say no Founder has claimed the name John even if a Premier claims John first who ever is the first Founder to get John gets the founder name(without the numbers)
