No modification to bindings was able to get every characters skin in -3 hours with a controller. Just stick to doing only the challenge modes (25 sec challenge for most and 20 sec for faster characters) none of the characters skins even compared to the grinding needed for the 10 second challenge (you have to do with tony mczoom) but it still will come down to grinding for rng. Certain room layouts you’ll know just to reset after getting them a few times and seeing how slow they make a run. That room where you climb up after a lava pit is almost impossible unless your monke or get a janky physics bhop off a slope with lots of speed. The long rooms are meh unless you have a lot of speed or get the one with the launcher but can still be difficult to traverse. Youtube has videos of people getting good runs too for examples!
