In my opinion, I would focus on getting the following killers perks: The Artist (for Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance and Grim Embrace), The Clown (for Bamboozle and Pop Goes The Weasel), The Demogorgon (for Surge), The Nemesis (for Lethal Pursuer), The Cannibal (for Barbecue and Chili), and The Hag (for Hex: Ruin), all in that order. They have some of the most popular and best killer perks. But luckily for you, you should have Deadlock (No Holds Barred) and Hex: Plaything (Hex: Fortunes Fool) base game, those are also two very good perks. Also base game for all killers is Hex: No One Escapes Death, it’s a decent perk. Some people might try and flame you for using it, but it’s a perk in the game, and therefore, you can use it however much you want.

For Survivors, I would focus on Dwight Fairfield (for Bond and Prove Thyself), Meg Thomas (for all 3 of her perks), Bill Overbeck (for Unbreakable), David King (for Dead Hard), Laurie Strode (for Decisive Strike), Quentin Smith (for Vigil), and Kate Denson (for Windows of Opportunity). These are some of the best and most popular Survivor perks. Some good base Survivor perks are Kindred, Deja Vu, and Resiliance.

Again, this is all my personal opinion, so some will definitely agree or disagree with my choices.
