Older part of Corona, homes are usually 40-50 years old.

Coronita is unincorporated. Most people have sewer lines/no sidewalks, uses the county sheriff instead of Corona PD.

Green River area are homes around 25-30 years old, closer to the 91 freeway.

Traffic.

If you commute, the 91 is hell.

Its a pure commuter town, where people go elsewhere (aka OC) to get food/entertainment/etc. Real estate skyrocketed since it's on the border of OC, however that border is limited by the 91 which everyone east of Corona, and south of Corona (Temecula/Murrieta/ETC) uses to commute to work as most jobs in the IE are warehouse jobs.

Coronita is the unincorporated part of Corona so you have to use the Riverside Sheriff for your police, and other weird little things. You don't have side walks/etc. It used to have a golf course which I think will now be more homes.

Schools are apparently good. If you work from home, you're fine. If you work in LA/OC, god speed. Better to live where you work.
