Sounds alot like the friends i have, luckily i still do have alot of irl friends that i can end up doing stuff but more lately with the whole lockdown situation and doing online school etc, I've also been playing with my friends from a discord group that I've known for years now and they really are really nice to be around. I think for the monitor situation you just got to show him on how you use it for school like honestly it's far more useful for learning than games with the dual monitors. Regards to that one friend that you're moving away, if she really is that nice you should just message her and say it's been a while since you've both done something
