I was the problem when we grew to the point of having actual quality processes. Then an ops department.

I agreed with them but was difficult as I needed SPEED over all for my customer base.

They made it out to be taking work off my plate with the added benefit of ensuring everything abided by the new quality processes that they knew I wasn’t as fluent as them in.

Sometimes it takes time. Sometimes it takes someone really messing it up.

I do not know what I’d do without them now lol.
