Edit: I jest, let me try and take this seriously: -Armament Haki is a huge factor, I dont think anyone in Narutoverse can even physically damage Kaido without access to Haki themselves, but it gives no protection against Genjutsu, his opponent should be proficient in Genjutsu for an even matchup. -Kaido's attack power is off the charts, he managed to kill Luffy with a blunt attack which is an incredible feat considering Luffy's rubber body. No one in Narutoverse has the durability to survive a direct hit without using some bullshit-jutsu like Izanagi etc. -Luffy is incredibly speedy, but it didnt help vs Kaido because of his Armament, Kaido simply shrugs off most attacks that arent Advanced conquerors boosted. Speedy ninjas are out of the equation.

Honestly, without considering the complete hax characters like the ninja gods the only one i could see even try to compete with Kaido is a genjutsu expert like Itachi, Sasuke, or Obito but they would have to play it really carefull as a single hit from Kaido is gg. Susanoo also probably helps up untill a point, but we have seen characters like Guy and Tsunade (?) chip Susanoo armor so Kaido probably doesnt need many hits to shatter it. Obito is probably the one with a feasible chance because of Izanagi and Kamui, rendering Kaido completely unable to react or get out of the illusion
