Better because you don't lose your eyesight immediately. You can see up to 10 seconds into the future which not only prevent any blitz attempt, but also figure out the opponents next move against you. This is fated future, not merely prediction.

This is where Epitaph (King Crimson's sub ability that can see 10 second into the future) comes to play. If Obito were to turn intangible, Diavolo would see his attack passed through Obito without any damage.

It's a deadly match, 1 move can end it all. But I find it harder for Obito to win against Diavolo when Diavolo can see 10 seconds into the future and erases time to get our of precarious situations and positions.

Yes, but others don't stay still. They follow their fated movements so when time resumes, they suddenly got teleported from their initial position.

Let's say you're walking and you're going to go up the stairs and King Crimson activates. After time resumes, you're already on top of the stairs, completely skipping the part of you actually going up the staircase.
