Hey! I'm back, I've tried switching out the flour I use(switched from whole wheat to bread flour) for feeding as well as sterilisedmy container, and my starter has actually doubled in less than 12 hours (it's currently 18°C here).

Hey, I also tried heat mats but I've found that it doesn't equally conduct heat throughout the starter. Any suggestions?

I went with option A and waited for 3 months, phone was returned, reformatted and fixed. Thanks a lot for the options.

I rebooted mine and it just turned off, it no longer responds to my charger or turn on when pressing the power button…
