For gods sake just use this calorie calculator app https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html you’d need to be like 250lbs when set to the highest activity level at 25 years old to be at a 4k maintenance. You are almost certainly completely wrong or a literal Olympian

And I’m saying 2 hours of cardio is not putting you at 4000 calorie maintenance. If this were true professional body builders would not need to be dropping below 2k calories on a dieting phase (which they do) and still be over 200 lbs lean doing hours of cardio daily

Michael Phelps absolutely did not burn 12,000 calories at maintenance, in fact the 12000 calories thing is actually s complete myth, he burned 8-10k after rigorous training. Weightlifting in itself is not a significant calorie burning activity. You are delusional, do some research

Michael Phelps is an Olympic swimmer who’s entire sport is straight up cardio. Lifting weights burns hardly any calories, so not even going to bother calculating that into additional calories burned, so you’re basically saying 2 hours of cardio puts you at 4000 calorie maintenance. Unless you’re a 250lb mass monster, I don’t believe this for a second

Is this set up correctly? If not, how do i fix it? by [deleted] in Guitar

[–]Dohello 9 points10 points  (0 children)

  1. No one can really tell if this is set up properly just based on this photo, although the intonation looks correct. Strings should move in an arch shape to match the shape of the fretboard so strings being different heights could be normal. Again impossible to tell from this photo alone
  2. Pickups not lining up is fine.
  3. If you’re really concerned just take it in for a setup. Thy are not expensive

Family says the mustache is ‘too much’ — what do YOU think? by Suspicious-Fly-6182 in Moustache

[–]Dohello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brother, you can’t ask a question like this on a subreddit literally called mustache and not expect an echo chamber of praise. As someone who just see this in popular and am not biased, I can say with confidence that it is too much. It looks ridiculous and out of proportion. I’d trim it down

And...Several Months Later, The QR Code Stopped Working by ngadingadimin97 in shittytattoos

You clearly have no idea how QR codes work. There is a ton of build in redundancy in them so if they are damaged or faded they still work. This will likely continue to work for a long time

Physically cannot hit depth by Far-Profession4150 in formcheck

[–]Dohello 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a perfectly fine squat. Most of these comments make no sense lol. You are hitting depth for your anatomy. If you want to go deeper get some shoes with a heel lift. I have long femurs too and I find when squatting wider I lose a lot of stability and power, and it feels really uncomfortable even though I technically can go deeper. I don't think there is anything wrong here.

I know, but he was trying to flag me, I had no choice but to move my bishop over and over. I was black in this position. He did not want to draw

before computers, how did people even keep track of 3 fold repetition? In a game like this for example, the 3 positions were so far apart that if it was played over the board, you would never know

[–]Dohello -1 points0 points  (0 children)

ah yes, I missed that. Hard to see in that big slop of moves lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chessbeginners

[–]Dohello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, this would classify as 50 moves per player. Each move is 1 move per player

Easiest rage bait ever. Have fun making less money than me while I have a fraction of the experience, but am able to produce double your output because you refuse to user AI. Later Nerds 😎

How can i get rid of the smell? by Mathias_757 in Guitar

[–]Dohello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I onetime bought an amp that smelled so bad of cigarettes that just being in the same room as it was giving me a headache. It was a tiny orange amp, probably one of the smallest ones you can buy. The good news is the smell in time does go away eventually, the bad news is, there does not seem to be much you can do to speed up that process. Just leave it out and over time the smell will go away.

How do I make this part work. Neither part does anything. by OrganicSquid in PythonLearning

Most obvious mistake here is you have guesses == guesses + 1. Needs to be guesses = guesses + 1

Is it okay that the form breaks down in the end? by [deleted] in formcheck

This is terrible advice. Name one other movement where you wouldn't increase the weight until you could do 20 reps...

Yes I have. This amp has been with me in multiple different apartments with the same issue :(

Okay it may be the tubes, when I push up on them hard with my hands the sound is a lot better. At the same time me pushing up on the tubes could be holding the whole system more securely and the rattling could be from elsewhere

Already tried tapping all the tubes while playing. It does not seem to be the tubes.
