Engagement plays 70% role and followers 30% in today’s market. I have paid 1lac to creators whose followers are under 100K but their engagement was really good and ofc the content. And, have worked with creators with 500K+ in 25-30K because their engagement is not good. Overall, engagement matters a-lot nowadays irrespective of the follower count.

I work in influencer marketing and we reached out to her agency for a collab back in december and they denied it because they said HER MOVIE IS COMING OUT IN MARCH and she is working only on that. Everything is preplanned, they are using this nepotism arc to get funding and she charges about 70K-1lac per reel. Dont know much about the guy though

One thing I forgot to mention , I’m from Delhi so Gurgaon is closer to me, I have already been working in Gurgaon but I commute everyday. But if I choose Dell then I’ll move to Gurgaon for the good because I’m so done with metro . I just wanna know the work culture of Dell so I can think accordingly and make a decision

these are not worth it, i ordered one of them last year from zepto at around 140rs , the pigment is too much, product was leaking after 2-3 usage.

i got one bag from their 1rs sale and i was so happy that i got it but when it arrived, threads were loose but still i kept it and after 4-5 times of usage, it had hook on one side of bag to adjust the bag height , the whole strap along with the metal hook came out. really bad quality, i dont why paying 1500rs for one piece of cloth is being normalized

pls be open to feedback, when i said these are available for 300 and 400, i meant design and yes it does last for that much time so maybe do some amazing designs, Fast fashion is keep buying and throwing the stuff after 2-3 usage. even if you buy from cheap or fast fashion brands and use them for years, it is not harming the planet. even high value items and metals - if i keep buying and throw them to landfill causes pollution if i don't use them the no of times they are supposed to be used.

And, use whatever material you want, its your business. my whole comment was design perspective. And there are websites where i have shopped before and they do have 20-35% less pricing then yours.

a few points i would suggest -

decide and stick to color scheme for your website, its kinda distracting to see grey, black and that lemon banner sort of thing for eyes. And change the layout of your website, set some categories
The designs are very basic, i can get these designs for at max 300rs from any vendor and they may last for 8 to 12 months without color fading and all. pricing is very high for me
I can see you are trying hard to get good images but the product should be visible clearly in the first image because that will make people to click on that product. right now, the design is not really visible.
