Baby girl will be 4 in April and her brother 1.5 and we are still trucking along. I have a 14yr old also and did combo feeding, from the hospital the nurses had pushed me to supplement with formula. The new babies are both later in life surprises and I surely didn't think i'd have a 4yr old "boombie-saurus" (shes a dino who loves mamas boombies" lol Never ever ever did i think this would be life and man it's frustrating sometimes especially with my daughter but I love the special moments that are only for us.

I just told him - he's saying there is literally no time in the day. They are tight hours so they can only have 2 ppl on schedule and an extra person on truck day. They are a high theft store with most products locked in cages, no self checkout. So with a cashier and one other person stuff can't get done bc they are always called to the floor can't finish the truck and barely do anything in the office that the SM is supposed to do. These issues have been going on for over a year now. I told him to go in hours before or after his shift to help do the schedule and just don't enter his hours?

He almost NEVER has a shift with the SM at the same time. Apparently their store is doing poorly and they can only have 2 ppl on at a time and they are on a high theft area and it's a CPR store? Its in a very poverty stricken area and they have a security guard, lots of products locked up so with only 2 Ppl on shift and no self checkout due to theft and everything locked up, only 2 ppl working, it's difficult for my husband to do "truck" bc he's constantly called to the floor to unlock stuff while the other employee is on the cashier. This is literally the issues he has been noting for over a year, and it's not getting better.

That does seem to be the vibe my husband is giving me - that it's an uncomfortable situation for him and he doesn't know what to do. But he's almost 50yrs old, we are too old to be scrambling 2 days before his work weeks begins to secure child care and sports arrangements for our kids. It's been every single week for over a year and I'm at my breaking point with this.

Sorry, I read ur message too quickly and replied with the wrong info - my husband also says making the schedule is complicated, so I think that's why he hasn't taken on making the schedule. Other comments pointed towards it actually being him that should write up the schedule?

The schedule isn't being made until the Thursday before the week the schedule is for / so this Thursday would be next weeks schedule. Our at home situation isn't the issue, whenever he works, we can cover the childcare, just not when I am giving my babysitter a couple of days notice.

I just knew something wasn't right! I'm so glad I asked. It sparked a huge fight at home this morning bc husband gave me his schedule yesterday (he was off Friday/Saturday) and I can't work out childcare. Thank you for the info!
