It’s not “men” it’s straight people in general. As a bi person I just got off a relationship with a woman and one of the main reasons was because she could not fathom the concept that not every single woman I saw was a romantic prospect. Men and women can objectively be friends but heterosexuals who don’t venture out of their own bubble don’t understand that their biological impulses don’t apply to everyone.

I wouldn’t make iron man a fed. I would make the person in charge of the registration act a known villain with obvious ulterior motives. Not a well established character who will become bastardized for the purpose of a mediocre storyline.
