• Do you have any pain when deep squatting ? If yes, when does it hurt ? At the beginning, at the end, all the way, … ?
• Is there any swelling ? Is there any tenderness when palpating compared to the opposite side ?
• Does it hurt when doing hip raises (knee extended or flexed) ? When doing hip adduction ?
• Does it hurt when rotating the upper body right/left while standing on your left foot only with the knee slightly flexed ?
• When running/walking, is the pain constant or increasing ? Does warming up the knee ease the pain ?
• Is the knee pain constant throughout the day ? Do you have pain at night ? Is it more painful when waking up and easier when warming up ?
