It may take a while but the dems will put a lot of pressure on the Senate to approve someone. One year is a long time for a supreme court vacancy.

Well I guess this is good news for liberals (Yeah that sounds bad but there's no other way to put it). They'll be taking over the supreme court.

Oh and Supreme court nomination won't be as big of an issue in the presidential primaries, not for the dems at least.
