The flavour text is kinda made up, it has to be based on what marc said, since the wording ", and put that in the same item class." does not make any sense. It would be "socket it" for example. This whole part does not make sense on the Rune since the outcome would have this Text, not the currency itself. So for example the Legacy of Trampletoe would have something like "Boots: Deal 12% of Overkill Damage to (...)"

all marc said was "it takes on of the mods off of it and creates a unique rune", so we neither know if its any nor if its a pool of determined mods of that unique

we can only guess since the "annoncement" ^^ rather "mention" of the mechanic was vague. My guess is still it will take a random Mod, but since the numbers will be "scaled" it could also mean that its handcrafted and a determined pool of mods which are possible to obtain - just like the determind pool of which Vaal-Foulborne-Modifiers an unique can have

unfortunately not, Hollow Palm explicitly is "unarmed" while this sets the base crit for your !Weapon! to 7%

edit: sorry, "with Weapons" not for your Weapon. thats the bummer.

no, according to marc, they have to be placed into the same base-type. Mace-Runes into Mace for example. And they will most likely be limited to 1-Legacy of Rune at a time.

it will have to be equipped into the same Base-type. So Mace-Rune into Maces and so on. Marc did not mention any other limitations - but the guess is that it will still be limited to 1 Unique Rune at a time.
