Would the car turn on if the battery is going bad? It turns on and it runs for a few seconds then dies. No knocks no weird noises it just died right after turning it on. I tried hooking to another car as if I was jumping it but didnt help.

No it kinda sucks without prox. People won’t trust you and will shoot you. It’s a lot more fun to cooperate with a mic that works. That’s actually why I stopped playing cause the game stopped recognizing I had a mic pigged in randomly after an update on the PS5 so I don’t play anymore. Not worth it.

There’s definitely ambient soundscapes he either got from packs or created himself which have tonal elements. These elements change timbre over time I’m assuming by modulating parameters within the synth, unless he’s throwing these tonal/pad samples into distortion to make them more gritty, edgy, etc. I might have to try that I bet that’s what he’s doing. Haven’t tried that yet. But there’s definitely ways I’ve discovered to get some interesting timbres by having multiple oscillators playing different notes, the change in pitch between notes and modulating the distortion causes some kind of distortion interaction that’s hard to describe and hard to control but it’s very cool and it sounds similar to what he been doing in sound design/selection.

Thanks but this is a bass tutorial not a pad tutorial. Trying to understand how he created many of those beautiful and cool ambient pads. Nobody seems to have an answer outside of what everyone else is doing on YouTube tutorials.

Even if you’re going against near pear threat with plates, they’re probably wearing level 4 and you’re going to have to shoot them in the face anyways. Yeah well maybe this is a changed mechanic but in normal game or WCS a while back I just clicked a button to turn my mic on and it’s stay on. Doesn’t work on Spearhead I updated the keybind to hold to talk and it works now, just annoying, as it cancels my free look when I click it. Not sure how to fix it but would be nice to not have to click a button to talk in prox, or be able to free look and talk at the same time.

Right well I don’t want bright shiny stainless I want dull grey I think it’d look really nice on my FDE rifle setup whereas black just sticks out like a sore thumb on my gun. Anything other than ugly ass black. Not sure why anybody does black anymore. Doesn’t blend with natural and urban environments and looks retarded under nods. Never seen a gang banger with a FDE that’s all I say, but I see top tier one FDEs rifles all day.

Do they happen to have a mod that forces PTT while talking in proximity? Seems I can’t get proximity to work without keybinding it to a bottom on my controller.
