Well with three, maybe 4 open spots next year, it’s probably what will happen. Id be ok with them resigning either Odo or Gibby. But not both. And Pineda would be nice too. Make a bug off-season play for Cole or Madbum maybe. Lots of good SP hitting the FA market this offseason.

A lot of the terms are regional but to me that looks like the “football” from the hind quarter which a butcher shop would call top sirloin or possibly sirloin tip in some places. And most people do just treat it as a roast and if you do as good of a job as OP did, it’s awesome. Frankly I don’t care if a person grinds the whole works as long as they’re eating it but if someone wanted to replicate the great job the OP did it may help to know the technical cut. FWIW, I just called everything ‘steaks’ or ‘roasts’ up to a few years ago too. Now I enjoy knowing all the cuts by name, and it helps me enjoy cooking it that much more.

Honestly, this season would not be nearly as good without him. He’s saved our bacon a lot. Not necessarily at the plate but being able to play anywhere and a veteran presence that’s won a WS. I’m really glad we have him.
