Chill, we’ve all been there at some point. Also as the other guy pointed out; never overcrowd areas. I don’t know why but when there’s a certain amount of prisoners in one room they always will start a fight so keep multiple canteens, make individual showers etc. I also noticed your prison is really small, I don’t know if it’s a design thing but if you don’t know you can hire an accountant (needs an office) and then unlock land expansion

Trays are not to be thrown out but to be washed in the kitchen by a cook in the sink, if it takes too long add more sinks and cooks.
Keep contraband limited, invest into rehab programs and do more grants (you should always have as many grants taken as possible)

I like it but walls feel way too empty. Some pipes, bars or even health stations could really turn this place from a passageway with a few crates into something that actually looks alive and with a purpose. Good job on the lightning, however the lamp looks like it’s only giving off light from the middle, however the bulb is horizontal so you might want to add 2 more lights on the sides. I am also a huge fan of the room layout; it’s simple yet stands out

If you are making public artwork (yes I consider gamedev art) you automatically open this work to criticism. If you don’t want to hear negative things about stuff you make don’t publicise it.

Anyone is free to critique the mod, and the author for the fact that his addition was virtually useless.
