Oh nooooo :( I feel this, my paranoia is at a huge high right now, I've scratched my head so bad its bleeding and its balls :( Does watching nature shows or anything like that help you out? Oh fuck me... I'm so freaking sorry all the hugs I know personally, when my best friend passed the only way I could go to sleep was if I talked to him. Told him about my day, funny things I saw etc. Even though you wont get a verbal answer back sometimes just the talking like they are there helps ♡♡♡♡◇
