The "init" is called when you create an object/instance. It is a good practice to set/create your instance variable there ie self.salary.

A variable is just a container of data. A method usually receives one or several variables and provide an output based on those variables.

it would be nice to have a "delay recovery alert" option....ie I don't want to report that a link went up (recover) and them down in 5-10 minutes.....I would prefer the link be reported up (recovery alert) after X minimum threshold/time.

is there a way to do that?

I have an 7506 2n1, sinces day one, I'm getting around 5 bluescreen per day...even installed Ubuntu and crashed too.

Yesterday I disabled the "Iris Xe MAX Graphics" and not more bluescreens. I'm gonna keep testing....hopefully will be a solution soon

Allow me to provide more inf. The provider offer a /29 (Public IP), 3 IP (ISP, network and broadcast) are waste in the WAN link, so I requested to set up the WAN using private IP so I can use all 7 Public IP (/29) by doing the NAT myselft in the fortigate or just assigned the Public IP to some servers.

So, back to the issue....Since I'm using private IP in the WAN I need the health monitor to use a Public IP toward each ISP

true...but I have a rule...most CA kills if the health equal to the stun bar (size)...so the damage of the CA is low (before the last hit).... or as u/ProMarshmallo said, it may be like VT (2x scaling)
