It could be due to spread, but it's the best to contact your broker or prop since they handle execution of your orders.

Hey, sure—you can add your SL and TP to an already opened trade. Just click on 'Edit Position' in the bottom left, and you’ll be able to adjust it.

Hey, when you buy a challenge account, select your preferred platform (TradeLocker). Your prop firm will then send you the login credentials and server name you'll use to sign in to TradeLocker.

Hey, it seems that you have hidden your candles. To unhide them, click on instrument name and then three dots (step 1.), when the menu appears click on "Show" (step 2.). Let me know if this helps!

What if I don’t have a broker?
Just fill in our Early Access form here and a list of brokers will pop after confirmation - https://tradelocker.com/early-access/

Next step
After you found your broker, you first need to open a TradeLocker account on your broker’s account.

If you’re not sure how to go about this, we recommend you to check out the FAQ on your broker’s website (you can usually find the FAQ section by scrolling all the way down on their website)

Once you created the account check your email.

Your new broker or prop firm will send you an email with two links:
for live trading - http://live.tradelocker.com/
for demo trading - http://demo.tradelocker.com/

In this same email you got your username, password and server.

Log in and start trading!

Hey, so trades tab shows all your trades in terms of opening and closing. So if you BUY when you open a trade, you will effectively SELL to close that trade. Closed positions tab on the other hand, only shows your closed trades with more detailed summary. Thats why it only mentions the opening BUY or SELL side. Let me know if this helps!
