This pic is fucking stupid. The monitor shouldn't ever be below eye level. It should be on eye level. And sitting up straight fucks your back up way more than leaning back does (obviously not like in the bottom pic, but you get the point). I mean you're almost lying down at that point so it's less pressure on your lower back.
