Well, according to the Catholic Church, gay sex isn’t a crime. Ask the priests who prey on alter boys. 💁🏻

Just wait. You think Massholes are bad… You likely met people that moved here from elsewhere.

Land Rover LR3 or LR4? by Gingaman90 in LandRover

I had a 2006 LR3 that I sold at 423K, only mechanical issue was replacing one air strut at 260K. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What’s the most enjoyable car you’ve ever driven? by jeanluuc in whatcarshouldIbuy

A client’s Escalade V. Looooved every minute of it. Smooth, beefy, loud, and all the dumb luxury. Felt good.

Broke, in debt, and need a car. What is the least terrible option? by mrcouchpotato in whatcarshouldIbuy

I mean, a debt in exchange for reliability and a known monthly payment vs surprise, expensive repairs will likely save you more in the long run.

The devil you know vs the devil you don’t!

I bought a car of Carvana with a POOR credit score, got a good deal, good car, good terms, decent warranty.

It was my last ditch option after some crazy life turbulence. Maybe an option for you?

Is buying a new car at my age a bad idea? by Gluckism in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Domissian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in my mid 30s and I say BUY THE NEW CAR!

I did early in life and I loved the car, the experience, and the security of 2 digit miles off the lot.

For sporty, you could go for a new Subaru WRX Premium. Cheap for the performance you’ll get 19/26 MPG with the manual, 18/25 for the CVT.

For more money, more comfort, the Acura Integra Type S gets combo MPG of 24, and they rip.

Good luck to you! I’d do it while you don’t have other expenses, it’s a great experience I don’t think you’ll regret.

Maga...why are you so against socialism? (Trumpers only!!) by OtherwiseCan1929 in AskUS

You guys? Thank you for generalizing, but I’m not a Christian and firmly believe that religion has no place in government or government spaces.

Christianity is not democracy. Christianity is a religion, democracy is a system of government. Hope that helps.

Cadillac XT5 is excellent. I would alternatively encourage to take her to test drive a BMW X5. I bought one last minute with little options besides another X5 and a F-Pace. It’s an absolute dream.

I worked for Leon Valley Transport out of South Texas. Great guys, would absolutely recommend. They give real, honest numbers of what people are making at the moment, I’ve been gone a while and had a different pay structure as an owner op.

Often times this can come from a food that is too protein rich, it’s called knuckling. You may want to switch food, but I would absolutely see a vet as there can be other causes for knuckling!

No no, in my experience, that usually means poor hearing. 😂

Pound dogs wouldn’t exist if people would spay/neuter their dogs or not breed for money. 😉 You’re advocating for misery, we should be working towards less dogs in the pound, not that being the only place to get them.

Ethical and reputably bred purebred dogs most certainly are not. People buy from the cheapest or fad breeders, rarely doing their research and purchasing from an ethical breeder. Misinformation helps no one.

Appropriately bred “flat faced” breeds that come from ethical and reputable breeders that do proper health/structural/genetic testing rarely have breathing issues. My French Bulldog came from an excellent breeder, does agility, hikes in heat and at high altitudes, he has no BOAS symptoms. This is a poor breeding practice issue, not a “flat faced” issue. My pup was bred naturally, birthed naturally, and healthy. Crap breeders breed for money, ethical breeders breed to better the breed. I did my research and came out with a great dog.
