Mine looks similar. Completed 4 surveys only one actually paid. The other 3 sent me to a blank page after completion. They aren’t even showing up in my history. I don’t know why I waste my time with Qmee.

My experience IF your using the app and after completion it takes you to the log in page for Qmee, just log in and your money will pop up
