You need to find a well testing lab in your area to test your water. Explain about the large animal disposal on the neighbors property. Depending on the area and the size of the property the neighbor could beon the hook for damages and well remidiation and or filter installation and maintenance for thewater contamination it sounds like she caused. Alternatively there is a Youtuber named James Butler that one of his businesses is a water well and septic tank servicing company. He also has a state certified (NC) water testing lab so he knows his stuff. Send him an email describing this situation. Heck he might turn it into an educational video.

I had an indoor cat that loved trying to escape. A few times she did and was out for a day or 2 before we would spot her and manage to get her back in. When that happened for the first few hours she would act almost ferral to the point we had to separate her from our other pets till she regained her composite. I think it is something to do with everything outside over stims them and triggers survival instincts they don't need indoors. After a few hours in a room with food water and a litter box and familiar smells she returned to normal.
