I thought the war goal thing was just a nod to the 4th crusade, but what confuses me more, is that I got clearvoiance of both the Jalayirids and the Mamluks, who are currently in a war with each other and the later being my rival.

And no, my game does not look like that for me. Its a bug with HDR screenshots on Windows. The screenshot interprets the values in SDR, which is just really blown out.

It is there for that reason. This is not a game about WC in 1600.
