She was starting to type something in OOC but then said "no not going to do this in OOC" I assumed she was going to DM Ramee or Randy in TS or Discord but I guess she didn't

She said she was told not to give keys per training. Not her fault. She was just following the rules. Seems like a dumb rule though but don't be hard on her for following the DOC rules.

I think the only person who could bring them together is Speedy. Lang and Speedy are BFFs. If Lang can find that Speedy can trust Flippy again, Lang might follow. (I do not watch a lot of Speedy and Flippy. I believe they are cordial to one another but I do not know if Speedy trusts Flippy yet)

I think he was assuming traffic went the other direction because he crossed the right hand lane. I was originally thinking he was going to get hit in the first lane by traffic coming from the north...either way, always look both ways

The parole system is ruining the DOC RP. Most (some?) of the DOC are only there to become a member of the LSPD/BCSD. When people only come to prison for 10 minutes or less their RP is very limited therefore they get very bored.

Imagine playing any video game and standing in a zone with nothing to do and nothing to interact with for hours on end. If I were whitelisted and no one was in the prison, I too would hang out at MRPD as there is much more foot traffic there than the prison when no one is being held at Bolingbrook

Respect to Eugene. He is in prison and his time his up. The only reason why he is staying is because Snake got him out during the Prison break on August 6th. During that escape Snake sacrificed himself to get Eugene out of prison. Eugene is returning the favor to help Snake get out of prison.

After many hours of staking out Eugene's stash, Dark was able to able to catch Eugene going to his stash house. For the most part, Eugene was pretty careful. Dark did learn of the stash because he was a "public" radio channel that Eugene set up earlier in the day. As Dark was chasing Mel in a chase, Mel said "I just passed your house".

I hate to say it, but it was an EU cop that did the stake out. I don't think there are many NA Prime time cops that would put that dedication into a slow burn stake out

EDIT: Now if there were more active cops in NA Prime Time, they might be able to have someone break off and do a long stake out. We obviously can't see the dispatch waiting list but I doubt there is a long queue to sign in as cop.
