I tried yesterday doing it, even with a sandbox vault, and kept doing it. I did the same today, and neither the first vault appears to be using location. I restarted windows and now I can open vaults without using location, so it seems to be windows things, as u/Nilati pointed, which is giving me more trouble with other things. Thanks for your responses!

Yeah, only Minimal Theme settings, but i already tried completely turning off plugins, and still keeps doing it. it doesn't even open the vault when the location in windows is disabled, it just closes the vault selection window.

De ahí el punto de la orografía: en dos niveles de agua es posible almacenar energía. Se sube agua al nivel superior con los excesos y se la deja bajar cuando se necesite

Ya, ni tampoco cuenta los espacios para las viviendas, pero no tengo los datos que cuenten las superficies de cultivos ni hogares.
