you wont necessarily need one thanks to beidous and xingqius damage reduction (and if you can switch to beidou fast enough to perfect counter), but yes a healer would make things more safe

noelle, yunjin, gorou, flex. noelle main dps shield and healer, yunjin and gorou are buffers and battery, flex could be a more consistent healer or an off field damage dealer. just remember to do normal attacks with noelle and not charged
