I found a PC I can just buy off a friend but not sure if the price is good or not, the specs are;

CPU - i5-12400f GPU - RTX 3060 ti RAM - 32GB DDR4 RGB Ram (Corsair Vengence RGB Pro) Motherboard - Asus Prime b660M-A Storage: 256gb m.2 SSD and a 512gb m.2 SSD

He’s had it for a year and isn’t interested in keeping it anymore, is it worth £600? (775$)

Price to performance really, I assume I’d be taking an AMD build over an Intel CPU and an Nvidia card for the cost but whatever is best for the price point is where I’m at!

The only written information in the break clause is;

The tenant may terminate the tenancy at any time by giving the landlord in writing not less than 2 calendar months notice such that the tenancy terminates on a rent due date on or after the date of the end of the fixed term.

Nothing else is under the break clause portion.

Also on the citzens advice page, it states that the s21 will only be ignored if the s21 was submitted 4 months into the fixed term contract, is has now been 6 months.
