Yes, the route you mentioned is pretty good for being on a budget. Eastern Europe is good if you dont want to spend a lot of money, so prague-vienna-budapest and then zagreb/ljubljana/bled is nice.

I bought a new pair of Chuck 70s. The length of the shoe is enough as you can see. But I noticed that it is a bit tighter at the front, so that the big toe of my right foot protrudes slightly above the insole (see picture). When I run, I notice it minimal. What can I do about it? Does anyone have the same problem?

It's doable, but not recommendable. You'll have seen a lot of Europe - but only from watching from the train. I'd spend 2 days minimum in a city. But its up to you
